Changes to Regular MWCC Business Schedule and Other Related Events

These changes to the regular Commission business schedule or to the schedules of individual commissioners are provided to us by the commissioners and/or the executive director's office for your convenience. Also included are the mandated state holidays. Closures and/or date changes will be updated as we receive the official orders for the holidays.

Note: Events listed in italics are not sponsored by the Commission, but the Commission has allowed the events to be listed with infomation provided by those sponsoring them because these events are are of interest to individuals regularly engaged in workers' compensation.

Please be advised that the Commission WILL be processing walk-in settlement approvals on the following days:

Tuesday, December 15
Wednesday, December 16

Please be advised that the Commission WILL NOT be processing walk-in settlement approvals on the following days:

Tuesday, December 22
Wednesday, December 23
Tuesday, December 29
Wednesday, December 30

Please make your plans accordingly. Also please note that settlements involving a claimant represented by counsel may be submitted as "mail-ins" in an effort to streamline the approval process and avoid long lines on scheduled "walk-in" days. The MWCC would strongly encourage counsel to take advantage of this method of submitting settlements for approval at this busy time of year.
