To obtain a list of the self-insured companies or group self-insurers within the State, send a written request along with a check in the amount of $25.00 to:

How do I obtain Information concerning filing a Child Support/Workers’ Compensation Benefit Lien?
To place a Child Support lien on a Workers’ Compensation Benefit, send proper documentation (Notice of Child Support Lien, Order for Withholding, Affadavit of Accounting, etc.) to:

Attention: Nancy Furlow

Jackson, MS 39296-5300.
If a payment has not been received, call the insurance company or the claimant’s employer, if self-insured. Workers’ Compensation does not make any payments directly to claimants.
