Robert J. (Trey) Arnold, III is an Administrative Judge with the Mississippi Worker’s Compensation Commission. Prior to joining the Commission in 2009, he was engaged in the practice of law for more than twenty-two years. Judge Arnold is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Mississippi and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Judge Arnold received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1986. While in law school he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received an undergraduate Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi in 1983.

Judge Arnold is a member of the Mississippi Bar, the Administrative Law and Workers’ Compensation Section and the Hinds County Bar. Judge Arnold is active in his church where he is an Elder and an adult Sunday School teacher.
